SHARING THE DEVICES

  • Sharing printer

If you are working in server system & you want to share the printer then you should follow these steps.........

  • Control panel

    • A. Hardware & sound
    • B. Devices & printer
    • C. Right click
    • D. Printer properties
    • E. Sharing tab
    • F. Change sharing options
    • G. Share this printer
    • H. Ok then apply

    Your printer is now in sharing.


    • Share a folder

    If you want to share the folder with other setups then you should follow these steps.........

    Right-click on the folder

    • A. Properties
    • B. Sharing
    • C. Advance sharing
    • D. Sharing
    • E. Advance sharing
    • F. Share the folder
    • G. Permission
    • H. Add
    • I. Advance
    • J. Find now
    • K. Select everyone (read)
    • L. Ok apply close
    Now other users can see your Folder.
